According to a Wall Street Journal report, Musk has set out to connect our brain to a computer. Like many others, Elon Musk is concerned that artificial intelligence leaves the human being behind in terms of intellectual competence.

Musk believes the solution is to add a layer of artificial intelligence to our own intelligence. And he has already set about it.
