One of the most enigmatic feminine faces of the history of the humanity, is without a doubt the one of the Lady of Elche, that supposedly dates to the Iberian culture (S. IV aC). And although her clothing reflects her high lineage, her identity is unknown. But the enigmas are gradually being cleared and the new hypotheses of the origin of this figure are surprising.
The Lady of Elche is an Iberian statue in limestone, dating between the 5th and 4th centuries BC. C. It measures 56 cm in height and weighs 65.08 kg., And was discovered on August 4, 1897 in Elche (Spain).
The workers of the farm were carrying out the clearing of the southeast slope of the hill of La Alcudia, for agricultural purposes. According to local legend, Manuel Campello Esclapez, a 14-year-old boy who helped with homework, was the discoverer. In Elche, everyone knew the discovery and was a reason to talk. The friends of the family went to visit her at the house, but the other people could not do the same, so, in an act of generosity, the Lady (the Queen dwells, as she was known) was exposed on the balcony so that outside contemplated by all the neighbors of the locality.
In August the Mystery of Elche is celebrated and Don Pedro Ibarra is invited To his home to see this feast to the French archaeologist Pierre Paris. In 1941 it was recovered through an exchange of works with the Vichy Government of Marshal Pétain. The Lady remained in the Prado Museum for 30 years, since she returned to Spain until 1971, which was incorporated into the permanent collection of the National Archaeological Museum.
The truth is that Spain detached itself from its history in other times and today, as a result, there is a large identifying gap to determine what the Spanish roots are. Who were the Iberians and what was their legacy are still, two questions from which only theories are obtained as a response. The buildings of Puma Pumku, in Tiahuanaco, have Anunnaki cuneiform epigraphs and are equivalent to the Persepolis Gates of Persia. Everything we learned from Spain and ancient Europe, is not true one hundred percent. Basque and Iberian were autochthonous Iberian languages. In Europe, analogous languages were spoken, but Basque has been treasured and preserved without modifications, being the only trace we have of Atlantis languages.
